EDIT: The deck has changed significantly because of feedback I've gotten, and now it's closer to RDW than it is to the "building on a budget" deck.

You can link card names with [ c ] Thunderous Wrath [ / c ] without the spaces.
I'd remove 1 Angel's Tomb and put 1 volley back in. In fact you don't really want to take out much burn spells because you need them for your phoenix. Curse of Bloodletting is a cool card but by the time you get it out the opponent is going to be half dead anyway so it may as well be a Lava Axe.

OK, I created a sideboard with Geistflame, Curse of Bloodletting, and Brimstone Volley. I increaed Thunderous Wrath to 4 in the main deck, because the way I see it, it's way better than Brimstone Volley. I'll take a mulligan if I draw more than 1 Thunderous Wrath in my opening hand.

Also sideboarding 2 Galvanic Blast because I think those are more useful than Geistflame and I have 11 artifacts in the deck so it wouldn't be impossible to metalcraft.

I'm sorry, I need to correct any grammatical errors I see or I get devastating headaches. I think it's the chip the initiative put in my brain.

It was revealed to me in a dream. All the cards were in my dream except for three slots which I plugged in as Vault Skirge.
FULL DISCLOSURE: The dream was post AVR so there was a copy of Slayer's Stronghold. I decided to keep it pre AVR in my post here.
EDIT: I just remembered. The Skirges might have been 2x Whipflare and 1x something else, probably War and Peace.
EDIT2: Currently 4-0 in my first four games with this. My opponents have been very angry. I fought off a Wurmcoil from Grixis for six turns before I found my second Dispatch. Jeez, I can do a lot of damage.
EDIT3: Streak broken. Lost to an unexpected Overrun. Cracking a Shrine for 10 wasn't enough.

also, I've been playtesting this deck in my sleep today that kinda freaked me out

If I remember the article right, Tomb was meant to fill the same role as Dragon: Avoiding sorcery-speed removal. I'd rather play with a full set of Dragon, honestly. It's more reliable, and only one more CMC. I toyed with this deck myself, and would also recommend taking out the Curse for more burn. I'd also ditch Galvanic Blast. I think you'd do better with four Geistflame, IMHO. Anyways, good luck.
