I disagree, but we will find out. All we know for certain is Bolas is a huge push for this summer and he use to dwell on Grixis. Yes the plane has changed but he may have either allies or enemies in the new Grixis, but it has something to do with Bolas.

He would currently have very little direct influence on Grixis.
Rakka Mar was a Jund girl wasn't she?
You fell victim to one of the classic blunders - The most famous of which is "never get involved in an thread with GM_Champion" - but only slightly less well-known is this: "Never go in against AzureShade when card design is on the line!

Indeed she was. Ajani kind of exploded her.

Clever deduction Watson! Maybe you can explain why Supergirl is trying to kill me.

Exalted is actually more black/red when you think about it. Errantry exists, after all.
I'm not sure that a 15 year old card that has never been reprinted is the best example of the color pie.
The original flavor of exalted was Bant's culture of staged duels to solve disputes. The flavor of a group choosing a champion can probably be used in any color, I would not be surprised if it wound up in all five colors.
Maybe we'll soon find out why Bolas is interested in Mirrodin and Zendikar.
Bolas was insturmental in freeing the Eldrazi. Why? Who knows.
Bolas sent Tezzeret to NPH to prevent the Phyrexians from uniting under a new Father of Machines.

I'm going to wager that Bolas wanted the Eldrazi free because he was/is kind of a jerk (use your imagination for what other words could be used to describe him here) and he seems to like destruction, something the Eldrazi excel at.

I kind of assumed Bolas wanted to let the Eldrazi out so he could find a way to steal their power. Study their mana-consuming abilities with the hope of finding a way to do something similar.

I thought he just wanted to manipulate them in to doing what he wants. I would love for bolas to underestimate them and barely escape a battle with his life.
