If I play Wolfbitten Captive  's ability to give it +2/+2 and then Moonmist to transform it, will it be a 3/3 as Krallenhorde Killer  or does it become a "new" creature and is just a 2/2 as Krallenhorde Killer? Thanks!

It will retain the +2/+2 and be a 4/4 Werewolf
