Hex Rebound is absolutely absurd.
Why is Grave Recruiting white? It's also about a mana too expensive.
Heaven's Wrath is okay I guess but feels weird.

I agree with Hex Rebound's overpoweredness. Grave Recruiting is Rise from the Grave in white, except it can't target other graveyards. Possibly the idea behind it is "White can do it too, but not as good as black."

Indeed. It could've been printed for less mana. But not as little as Hex Rebound originally was.

Oddly, in the set im making with help from my local play group, theres the same card in black that has a flashback cost and makes it a sprirt.
