Thx for the great deck list! I don't lose very much with it. Aristocrat is great! I am looking at B/R Zombies for a deck post rotation.

Would you suggest Jund Zombie Pod over B/R Zombies for an aggro heavy meta?

Man I do love this deck! hopefully it can still compete post rotation, but u/w is getting out of hand as usual. miracle control tempo builds really can hammer you, unless you get off a memoricide for terminus. if u can get around that card, u can win the match. Outside of that, having to hold back resources really really sux for us. Im wondering what will replace fume spitter post rotation. that little buddy does so much work for me.

The UB version loses Image, and both lose Phyrexian Metamorph and Mortarpod, which hurts it quite a bit, but both versions keep the core of their decks:
4 Crawlers, 4 Diregraf, 4 Messenger, 4 Blood Artist. Red keeps Falkenrath Aristocrat, Bonfire, and Conscripts and Hellkite; UB keeps Captain.
Possible that with new RTR dual lands, you could even run Grixis to get the Captain and the red guys.
It's really not even about giving niche cards to black.
It should be about giving black cards to Niche.

Metamorph = Soulcage fiend Bloodthrone Vampire= Mortarpod
Ill be the first to admit that Bloodthrone is not that good of a sub for mortarpod, but unless we get a new sac outlet in RTR thats probably the way we might have to go.

I don't like Soulcage Fiend, because it doesn't break symmetry and doesn't give the same sort of comeback value. It's good when you're ahead, but not so when you're behind.
Mortarpod, for me, is removal first and a sacrifice outlet second. I hope we get some other repeatable sac-and-removal.
It's very possible that BG Zombies becomes a thing post-rotation anyway - we get Rancor and the relevant lands, but Jarad and the Golgari are likely to be full of Zombies.

It should be about giving black cards to Niche.

Ill give you that in soulcage, but unless we get a good cheap clone affect, which I highly doubt we will since this last season has shown cheap cloning to be too effective, not much we can add that will help tip the balance of power early on till we see what new zombies we get in RTR.
