I have a question, for example I have a Champion of Lambholt  and Howlpack Alpha  in play. At the beginning of my End Step. I'm required to put a 2/2 green wolf token into the battlefield. Question: Will my Champion of Lambholt gets a +1/+1 counter because of the wolf token that was put on the battlefield? Thank You!

Yes. It's a creature and it entered the battlefield.

Yes, when a token is created, it does count as "entering" the battlefield. As long as something is there which was not there before, it will trigger things like that.
