I live in Mexico but am far more comfortable speaking english than spanish although neither are my native language, and hence obviously feel more comfortable when I play with cards in english. It helps that this happens to be the case for most of my friends as well, which also prefer to play using cards in english rather than in spanish
So I would love to be able to order cards in english here but it seems Wizards has put restrictions on retailers so that they cannot ship outside of the US. Does anyone know of a why I can't get cards in english over here, or at least why Wizards is making it so hard for me to give them my money?

If your stores aren't selling them in English, that is probably due to a lack of demand, or at least assumption that they won't sell well enough in comparison to foreign cards.
I doubt Wizard has any sort of control over where online stores can sell, so that shouldn't be a problem.

WoTC doesnt allow US stores to sell their product as a whole outside of the US. Like you cannot buy booster boxes from a US retailer and have him send you those boxes to canada or in europe or where ever. I'm not sure why. But if you want to buy singles, you can, since the boosters have already been open.

No, there are stores who sell them in English (not sure how they acomplish this though...), but it takes them a long time to get restock and they only have the most recent sets and if I want to draft M12 for a change.
The reason why is because it seems Wizards has for some reason a policy against sending sealed products outside of the US, and it drives me crazy because I am trying to give them money and they make it really hard for me to do so.
Few of my cards are even in Spanish, and since I am going to move to the US soon it seems silly to start accumulating them now.

Hmmm.... that's odd. I thought StarCity Games shipped to all parts of North America? I'm from Canada and I can order things.....

I tried them and they say they are only allowed to ship singles and not sealed items, and I have no idea why. They go as far as to say that if I buy it at a physical store and plan to take them outside of the US regulation says I need to open the product in front of the retailer.

Aha! ABU games seems to allow it, but why is it that they do and others don't? Any ideas?

Some of my friends (here in the UK) bought booster boxes from the States (ABU games, IIRC). Thing is, they still cant ship sealed boosters, so they have to open them all before they send them to you. My friends had no complaints though, still getting chase mythics etc in their order.

Not bad. But what happens flavor wise when one kamahl kills the other one?

That makes no sense to me.
If they spelled the ability out on the card in full then it would not be allowed in a mono-black Commander deck, but because they used a keyword to save space it is allowed?

Yup, just like you can have Birds of paradise in a mono green deck but not Noble Hierarch . YAY COLOR IDENTITY
Is algebra really that difficult?
Survey says yes.
You want to make a milky drink. You squeeze a cow.
I love this description. Like the cows are sponges filled with milk. I can see it all Nick Parks claymation-style with the cow's eyes bugging out momentarily as a giant farmer squeezes it like a squeaky dog toy, and milk shoots out of it.

Administration's paranoia about civilians transporting airtight sealed containers across US borders? No idea, but I wouldn't bat an eyelash discovering that to be the explanation.
