For blue/red maybe change it to: Drackor -   Creature - Serpent Islandwalk Whenever ~ attacks draw a card. If that card is a spell you may cast it as though it had flash. If you do ~ gains +X/+0 where X is that cards converted mana cost. If you don't ~ gains +X/+0 where X is the number of cards in your hand and you discard a card. 3/6 Feels like a blue creature, beats you like a red creature, acts like a red blue creature. Feels right to me. Obviously I've made one inspired off of your creation, but almost nothing like it. The gaining life thing is the *opposite* of red in all respects and blue rarely gains any life; I can't actually think of a card that allows blue to have life gain without being either colorless or hybrid.

The name pretty much mandates this card be blue, but the actual card is not even remotely blue. This card is unworkable without changing its name or what it does entirely. Possibly try this: Some New Name -   Legendary Creature - [creature type]Whenever Some New Name attacks, gain 5 life and discard a card. 5/5
