 I would like some advice on what to sideboard and ways to handle mirran crusader.

you may want to cut back on the creatures a little for more removal (can't win with aggro if you can't get through).

Geth's verdict is an earlier tribute to hunger, Black Sun's Zenith can get rid of Mirran Crusader, but it will probably wipe your field too.  Harvester of Souls isn't that good for aggro, I'd throw in some Lashwrithe they are cheap ($ wise) and are pretty amazing with your essence harvest.

Also a bit more spot removal wouldn't be too bad, things like Doom Blade and Go for the Throat, or if you don't see many in your meta Victim of Night .
