Yeah, Thrun would be amazing. Rampant Growth would be nice. Not sure on birds of paradise since it wouldn't really do much good mid/late game.

So it tested very well at FNM! I modified it a bit by adding some hexproof and vigilance equipment, as well as a few vanguard's shield  s. While it was a bit clunky, it proved to be quite efficient. I ended up going 3 wins, 1 loss, 1 draw. I went up vs tokens, wolf run ramp, and RDW as well as some other weird decks. I feel as though I should add more mana, like rampant growths and what not. The Ranger's Guile  really helped to repel removals until I was able to get Mask of Avacyn  out. Personally my fav creature is the Demonic Taskmaster  by far. Vorapede  is also pretty great due to the built in vigilance and trample. Treacherous Pit-Fiend  is also quite nice. Cheap, fast, and removal bait. Many opponents would waste removal to get it on their side, I didn't really mind too much, since Demonic Taskmaster simply flies over him. Not to mention I could hold off their damage with my terrifying presence. Prey Upon  and Ulvenwald Tracker  really help get out some quick removal. I feel as though I should add some sort of exiling to counter graveyard plays or indestructables...

Consider maybe dropping Demonic Taskmaster . He seems good but i personally don't like the idea of having to sac something (even if it is little) .
But that's the point of a loner deck, he's the only guy out, so he doesn't make you sac. Also, Demonlord of Ashmouth  isn't great for the loner scene IMO, if he dies, you sometimes don't have something to sac, which means his undying is kinda moot
