I have Conjurer's Closet in play and cast Traitorous Blood (or any similar effect) on an opponent's creature. Can I then use the Closet on the stolen creature at my end step and keep the creature permanently?

Actually, I have a question.
The wording on conjurer's closet is such :
At the beginning of your end step, you may exile target creature you control, then return that card to the battlefield under your control.
Doesn't that mean that the trigger of conjurer closet will go on the stack first before the end of turn trigger of traitorous blood?

Traitorous Blood has no trigger. Triggers start with "at", "when" or "whenever". This spell generates a continuous effect with a duration ('until end of turn'). Such duration ends in the Cleanup Step, while the Closet's ability triggers in the End Step. As the End Step comes before the Cleanup Step, the Closet's ability will trigger, go to the stack, and resolve fully before the Cleanup Step can even start.
