Hi, i have just played i guy online, and his deck was really annoying, he would constantly search through his library using cards to do so, and the decks only strategy was to get these two cards out ( Deceiver exarch  and Splinter twin  , so he could create an army of creatures. this combo is just unbelievably too powerful i cnt even imagine a burn deck killing of this deck.

A burn deck should have rather good chances to stop the combo, since you can burn the Exarch in response to the aura spell, or if the Exarch enters the battlefield in your end step, just throw a big burn spell at it right away, before the turn ends. Or several smaller burn spells.
I'm a Rules Advisor now  "Simple questions" usually need rather complex answers, while complex questions often come down to no more than a simple "yes" or "no". Some of my favorite Flavor texts:

Yeh i know what ur sayin burn could take it, bt the lightning bolt wouldnt kill him he's a 1/4. bt a burn deck could deal with it, bt i still think it is filth. im going to build a deck around these cards any advice?

First, Crawlspace  to prevent too many attackers, then you use Flame Wave  ?

Yes, you mean the deck that was doing rather well in Standard a year ago? Or is pretty competitive in Modern along with Kiki-Jiki, mirror breaker  and Pestermite  ? um... Lightmine Field  , they all die when they attack. Soul Warden  , Soul's Attendant  , Suture Priest  , you gain more life than they make dudes or kill them with Priest. Night of Souls' Betrayal  or Curse of Death's Hold  so their dudes do nothing.
