wanna make a fun deck for it. should have A LOT of land/mana gain, so maybe add in some Palladium Myrs. I mean stuff like Darksteel Brute , Warden of the Wall , and Chimeric Staff . Jade Statue is also really cool.

what would you guys add?

EDIT: Use Feroz's Ban against other decks for control?

Thinking about using more Chimeras, along with things that make artifact abilities cost X less to cast. (I know they exist, I merely cannot find any right now because gatherer is stupid!)

Proliferate and the tezzeret that makes artifacts creatures is really fun with indestructible artifacts. Then a full set of black suns will keep the other sides board clear. The main problem is that it takes to long to get rolling, it is more a deck you can play as an emperor rather then as a general.

I keep this around as an emperor deck but it works best when your generals also have a counter theme.

4 Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas

4 chimeric mass

4 everflowing chalice
4 Darksteel Relic
4 tezzeret's gambit
4 dark ritual
4 contagion engine
4 coalition relic
4 throne of geth
1 propoganda

4 Darksteel Citadel
4 creeping tar pit
4 vault of whispers
4 seat of the synod
4 dreadship reef
1 tolarian academy
1 mishra's workshop
1 academy ruins

You are both rational and emotional. You value creation and discovery, and feel strongly about what I create. At best, you're innovative and intuitive. At worst, you're scattered and unpredictable.

You could search for cards that punish both players for having creatures, because you won't have any "creatures" when you play these cards.. I'm not only thinking of cards that can destroy each creature, I'm also thinking of cards that punish both players on their upkeep or when creatures enter play, because your artifacts won't be creatures then!

Tezzeret the Seeker would seem a better fit for your deck man. That looks like a nice deck, however, I'm a creature based player. Do you have any deck for that style?

Thats what I was going to do. Use stuff like Feroz's Ban and Pyroclasm to keep his field clear, while I use cards that make my artifact abilities cheaper to play, so I can pay for a cost, or for , making my creatures really powerful.

If you through a simple card like Semblance Anvil in, and exile a Myr then your set. (Still haven;t figured out how to link cards images here, so Semblance anvil is an artifact that costs 3 non-colored mana and you may exile a card from your hand, cards that share a card type with the exiled card cost 2 non-colored mana less to play.) IMO works wonders in artifact deck especially with Darksteel Forge.

Feroz's Ban is too weak and enters play too late, it's only strong if you bounce your opponent's creatures and force him or her to replay them again and again.. I'm thinking of cards like Pendrell Mists + Aether Barrier + Overburden , these cards have exciting synergy and they show you what rules text you could search for when you're looking for some other cards for this deck!

You can have it out by turn 3 if you're running artifacts, maybe turn 2

Yeah, but only if you have lots of broken 100$ cards from back in the days.. Here are some other cards for mana-denial strategies: Sunken Hope doesn't affect you but forces opponents to replay creatures again and again, Mark Of Eviction is very strong at bouncing creatures but it can be sacrificed to  Pendrell Mists ..
