in general the decks need a more definite strategy. the cards fit together but youre not trying to do anyhthing other than play creatures and smash face
for the elves one: dont mix elves w anything other than possibly a few wincons like emrakul.

alright, basic rules of deckbuilding:
1)THEME - Every deck should have a "theme" or goal to work towards, whether that is powering a creature, summoning tokens, reanimation facepound, or anything else, every card in the deck should work toward that goal. There should be minimal filler and maximum potential for the deck to succeed.
2)CONSISTENCY - Every time your deck is played, you should have a reasonable number of lands in your hand, good low cost cards to play that will set your deck up, and maybe some mid cast level cards for your next few turns.
3)COPIES - there is a general thumbnote to go by in deckbuilding. 4 - Want in hand at game start 3 - Want to draw early 2 - Want to draw in Game. Normally tutored. 1 - usually a win condition card meant to be what your entire deck was working toward. can also be placed in the -2- slot usually.
4)EFFICIENCY - Some cards are better then others. You want to use the best possible cards within your budget to acheive your goals.
5)SPEED - Slow decks normally lose out to faster paced decks, except under very specific circumstances. this ties in with efficiency very closely. How fast can you get your win con out? When it comes out, can it immediately be effective, or does it have to wait?
6)VULNERABILITY - There are a lot of different styles of decks out there that can do hundreds of different things. How many of these can you be protected against, how many are you vulnerable to? (this is mostly invloving whatever locals you play with. Meta depends on where you are really)
I know this seems really overwhelming at first, but for now just try to stick to mastering the first three, and if you post your deck onto the forums, we can help you deal with the last three. Theres no reason to rush mastering this game, because thats impossible. Just focus on doing your best, and the rest will take care of itself.
Also, it can be frustrating getting into a game with literally thousands of different cards with a pool growing bigger with every expansion. Just don't sweat it.

what kinds of card is a win condition card
a win condition card is a card that tends to be extremely powerful, like say... Emrakul, The Aeons Torn , or some card like that. They aren't always such huge creatures (in fact, almost never), but they usually have some ability that when backed by good supporting creatures will let you win fairly easily once they get out.

so lets say kresh the bloodbraided when i get it and scarland thrinax im usuali able to sacrifice all the creature i get from goblin assault and evolving wild and he get pretty strong what should i get rid of or ad so it can be really effective since that was my idea of how i play this deck and whit the elf the goal is to get alot of mana so when i get joraga warcaller i can boost all other elf what wold be good to modify and the angle/human deck i was conting on mikaeus the lunarch and gavony township to boost all the creature

An example from your list regarding a possible win condition you are not utilizing correctly is Chalife of life / Chalice of Death . In your current deck there is no real point in running this card, as the other cards in it will not allow you to make it 30 life in most games while your opponent is trying to chip it away simultaneously. Thus only run this card as a win condition in a deck dedicated to gaining life. I see great potential in especially your red/black deck. When you play it take note, which cards are you happy to draw in most games, and which cards don't help much at all. For instance are you able to cast the Butcher of Malakir every game when you draw him? Since you are running 4 copies, odds are you will draw him by turn 7 or 8. Will you have the seven mana he needs by then? If not then you are probably running too many copies. On the other hand I'm sure that whenever you draw the Stromkirk Captain s they are always useful in some way, maybe getting a few more copies of him can help your deck along. These are the types of things you should think of when you want to make a good deck as Totothecat pointed out so nicely!
