vlord = Inner Burning = doesn’t meet the criteria of focusing on his hands.. -- the design is fairly solid: obviously best on a disposable creauture of your own; a 2/2 or something: they can take the 2 damage every turn, or be forced to suck in 4 damage once -- but design doesn't fit the picture much; he has some flaming spots, but nothing about it speaks to inner explosives or being compelled to attack each turn.. = Uncommon

bay_falconer = Ring of the Damned = I don't see why I would ever want this over Whispersilk Cloak ; even without the minor draw back of shroud -- same cmc, same key effect, but yours will eventually result in death and requires sacrificable creatures.. -- maybe you're trying to fuel a sac engine deck? -- also don't specify what happens to the cards after you reveal them = Common

Tevish_Szat = Vortigen the Unrepentant///Vortigern the Ascended = it's pretty easy to transform him; really doesn't take that much; and since you can activate the "sac get counter" ability a few times and have all those counters put on him before he flips, and then proliferate once he is flipped.. not that hard to get the strong demon out of this card -- still; cmc is relatively high, and he is susceptible to Hex Parasite and the like -- nice story in the flavor text; good deal when cards are understandable through flavor = Rare
