Faeries has kinda a standard build, which my suggestions will attempt to move you closer towards: - 6 Island + 2 Faerie Conclave + 4 MutaVault - 1 Wizened Snitches - 3 Glen Elendra Pranksters + 4 MistBind Clique - 2 Wizened Snitches - 2 Sprite Noble + 4 Vendilion Clique - 4 Gravitational Shift + 4 Cryptic Command - 2 Faerie Trickery + 1 Mana Leak + 1 Deluge - 2 Ponder - 2 Familiar's Ruse + 4 Dismember Frank Lepore at TCGplayer does a pretty good Faeries tech video which you should check out.

How broken do you want it to be? The above suggestions are pretty good. Though I would suggest Sower of Temptation to replace the Faerie Harbinger s. And I would go 3 maybe 2 Vendilion Clique s since they are legendary. Of course if you want to make your friends cry/flip the table, play Bitterblossom , its not (U) but it is the thing which makes Faeries amazing as opposed to 'just' good. Faeries was renown for being pretty darn good in tournament play (probably an understatement) so for a casual deck I might steer clear of some of the cards which might push your friends (and your wallet) to the brink eg Cryptic Command .

Also consider cloud of faeries if you are not going to play bitterblossom. It will let you be much readier with a spellstutter sprite on the second turn. Familiar's ruse is very good for recycling your spellstutter sprites so keep those in, another way is to just run curfew , another slightly more expensive clone of which is in avacyn restored. You need to run all 4 spellstutters and have some way to recycle them to really be annoying. If you are just going aggro counter faerie, 4 Zephyr Sprite 4 cloud of faeries 4 spellstutter sprite 4 scion of oona 4 MistBind Clique You use them right after he untaps before his main phase. (flash) 4 Gravitational Shift 4 mana leak 4 Familiar's Ruse 4 curfew 20 island 4 faerie conclave Note that there are many land that tap for multiple mana that are very fun with could of faeries (such as lotus vale )

I like Faerie Swarm but it might be outweighed by some better suggestions above.
