This is the kind of card that, in the right format, would show up in tournament decks.
But...yeah, this is probably not the right format. Too tribal with too much competition from messenger.
Cats land on their feet. Toast lands peanut butter side down. A cat with toast strapped to its back will hover above the ground in a state of quantum indecision.
