If a green creature has protection from Blue, and a blue creature has protection from Green and they both try to attack or block eachother, what would happen? Then, if a black critter has protection from artifacts and is attacked by a blue critter with an artifacte equipment on it, what happens? Same question again but if the Black critter had protection from green and the Blue critter had a green Aura enchantment on it?

Then, if a black critter has protection from artifacts and is attacked by a blue critter with an artifacte equipment on it, what happens? Probably nothing, though if the equipment has an ability which targets the black creature or deals damage to it, then the protection might matter.
Same question again but if the Black critter had protection from green and the Blue critter had a green Aura enchantment on it? As with the previous question, the protection will probably be irrelevant.
Protection from [quality] means 4 things, which you can remember with the acronymn "DEBT"
- Prevent all Damage that would be dealt to this by [quality] sources
- Cannot be Enchanted/equipped by [quality] auras/equipment
- Cannot be Blocked by [quality] creatures
- Cannot be the Targer of [quality] spells or abilities from [quality] sources.

The green and blue creatures would have a pretty hard time being in combat against each other, but there are ways to set up a similar enough scenario. If that happened, the blue guy would prevent damage from the green guy and vice versa. So basically, nothing happens. The black critter in the second situation is out of luck. The damage is coming from the blue creature and not the equipment, so his protection doesn't help. Same deal for a green aura.

Well, a creature can't "attack" another creature. They can be designated as blockers by the defending player, except in this case. Protection from X means: Prevent all -D-amage from X Can't be -E-quipped or -E-nchanted by X Can't be -B-locked by X Can't be -T-argeted by X So is you attack with a Grizzly Bears and it has Protection from Blue , it can't be blocked by a blue creature. Protection from Artifacts doesn't normally care about what equipment might be on another creature. However, if you have a creature with Protection from Artifacts, Argentum Armor 's triggered ability couldn't target it. But a creature equipped with it could very much so block your dude (assuming the blocker isn't an Artifact as well as a Creature) Same deal with Auras.

I see how you could get creatures with protection from each other to be in an attacker-blocker situation. A attacks with his Grizzly Bears B blocks with his Cerulean Wyvern A casts Cho-Manno's Blessing on Grizzly Bears choosing Blue Like everyone else said, it won't happen naturally but if it did happen this way the result would be the damage to each would be prevented. I believe the Bears would still be blocked because it was blocked before it had pro-black.

You are correct, once blocked always blocked.
The creatures won't deal damage to each other.
… and then, the squirrels came.
