Timely Fulfillment
Instant
Play any card you own that isn't on the battlefield without paying its mana cost. If you searched your library to find the card you played, shuffle your library afterwards.
Miracle - Reduce your life total to one and sacrifice seven permanents.
While it's true that a demon never does anything other than what his contract states, timing can be everything.

I don't really have a beef with black having miracles. They would just be dark miracles

Grand Necromancy
Sorcery
If you cast this card for its Miracle cost, you may put the top 5 cards of your library into your graveyard.
Put all creature cards in all graveyards onto the battlefield under your control.
Miracle , Pay 5 life.

It would appear the entries are slowing down...future contests might be limited to 48-60 hours, but I'm letting this one run until 72 hours have passed at least.

Hapless Wretch
Creature - Human

Soulbond
If a spell or ability would target a creature paired with Hapless Wretch, you may have it target Hapless Wretch instead.

Hapless Wretch can't attack or block.

Blessed Madness

Sorcery
Look at target opponent's hand and choose a nonland card from it. That player discards that card. If Blessed Madness's miracle cost was paid, draw a card.

This is a great card.  Hopefully we will see more Miracle in future sets.

Perfect originality is overrated and often ugly. The best and most beautiful cards I've ever seen were clearly inspired by something else.

Cards are not entirely unlike living organisms in this regard. All the good ones are a result of long evolution; the 'original' ones are either monocellular or mutant aberrations.

Graveborn are strictly better than Zombies. I mean, look at that wicked beard . You try growing that when your dead. And I know aging fellows who are suffering from Male Pattern Baldness, who would kill for a Mop like Ribsy's over there.

It's way too good.  It's a thoughtseize without the drawback, with a big plus on top of it.
