I don't believe any blocks had official maps created. I wouldn't know much about other blocks, but there was a recent article on DailyMTG stating why they don't. It's supposed to make everything too concrete and interrupts the flavor of the story since then they would be worrying about distance and the like.

There isn't a map for Ravnica, nor will there likely ever be one. Creative doesn't like to invest time in mapmaking.
If you've read the books you should have a semi-decent idea of where things are generally. If you have specific questions about the setting, you can ask in the Flavor and Storyline forumn.

The map of any magic the gathering setting starting with Mirrodin in 2003 is a "It's there, who cares where." The Odyssey novels and I think some of the older ones actually had a map to give the reader a distinct relation as to where everything is. I remember one of the forests in either Rath or Mercadia was in the North, and if I recall, from the Odyssey novels, the Cephalid empire is off to the East coast.

Wait... what? Can you point me in the direction of some kind of resource pertaining to this (I'm putting a D&D campaign for next month and was still hamering out the exact setting).

Post in the Flavor and Storyline forumn. I know Barinellos has all the guildleaders done.
There is also a D&D article about playing in a Ravnica setting, but i don't think it had alot of meat.

Ravnica reminded me a lot of the old Planescape setting.
