It's a cross of Brainstorm and Divination that doesn't let you stack your deck... 4 is a bit much for a cantrip, but the power is there.

shuffling instead of bottoming would have made shuffling a miracle a lot more exciting, even if it is impractical. gives the person hope of drawing it on their next turn, if they couldnt have cast it before. oh well, still decent card.

Hm, it's a way to put miracle cards back into your library.
Draw 3 seems okay too.
It's also a way to draw 3 miracle cards dead.
Everything Mown does is elegant.

Haha! Now I can use my Cellar Door card to its fullest!....cough. This card is kind of boring to me, there's a reason we haven't seen Sift reprinted in a while...

Worse than Sift considering the block mechanics. Then again, Sift would have been way too powerful considering the block mechanics. All in all, I really like this card, as I do with any card that says "Draw three cards."
