Hello, If I mind control  an opponents creature, then they oblivion ring  the mind control to regain their creature, what would happen then if I into the roil  the oblivion ring ? Could I then reattached the mind control to another creature when it reenters the battlefield as long as there is a legal target?

Actually, oddly enough when Mind control is returned to the battlfeild it doesn't target. Only spells and abilities target.
You'll be able to attach it to anything it could legally enchant, even things that can't be targetted (Things with shroud and hexproof).
… and then, the squirrels came.
