"You" is spelled Y-O-U, "your" is spelled Y-O-U-R, "what" is spelled W-H-A-T, "are" is spelled "A-R-E", "just" is spelled "J-U-S-T," "idc" is not a word, "mtg" is an abbreviation which means it should be capitalized, and every sentence should have only one of any given punctuation mark instead of two or zero.
Also this entire subforum is for making your own cards, so you don't need to make a thread for it.

I'm sorry!! I'm bored so.. I just felt like doin this. I want people to make watever they want and not have to put their cards they made into certain threads. I'll try to correct my grammar mistakes. If I offended u in any way or did something wrong, I'm sorry. I'm a new Magic player and I am just very exited. Sorry.

I'm bored, so here is that card with proper templating:
Icicle Dragon

Whenever a creature dealt damage by Icicle Dragon this turn dies, exile it.

I'm really bored, so here are some comments:
1) Converted mana cost 14? Nine blue mana!? There's no reason for any card to have that many colored mana symbols, ever. Khalni Hydra  and Primalcrux  are the two most color-intensive cards I can think of, but they both have reasons for being that way.
2) What makes this dragon so special that it gets to be almost three times as tough as a typical dragon and cost a bazillion mana? Flavorfully, it's really generic and the abilities aren't at all unique.
3) It feels like you're trying way too hard to make this card cool, in an almost Yu-Gi-Oh-ish way (It has really big numbers, guys, so it must be cool!). Dragons are already cool. The game is filled with 5/5 and 6/6 dragons with reasonable mana costs. And do you know what? They're cool that way. You're just going way overboard here.
4) It doesn't capture the flavor of an ice dragon at all. Ice is typically represented mechanically by tapping things  . Exiling dead things doesn't make a ton of sense, and it's a red mechanic  besides.
Also, you might like Rimescale Dragon  .
