Admitted, they are adding too much flickering just for the sake of saying there is another theme in the set. It's not that there are tons of EtB creatures in this block. At best there may be some soulbond tricks but that doesn't sound too exciting.
It's weird that the card is blue and needs 3U to activate, since they were about to print it at W without mana cost in its activation before.
If Limited gets in the way of printing good Constructed cards...

Pity you can't sleeve up this and Tower Geist  in limited. There had BETTER be some sweet limited shenanigans with all the Blink effects printed.

Mistmeadow Witch  was amazing in limited and I expect this to follow suit. It's even easier on the mana base. I love it.
Mistmeadow Witch is better by leagues, since it can flicker your opponent's stuff.
This has insta-flicker, so targeting your opponent's stuff wouldn't make a whole lot of sense. What you really should have said was that Mistmeadow Witch can get rid of an opponent's creature for a turn.

Seems fun in limited although I do agree they're overdoing the blink effects in this set.

I think it only seems like they are over doing the blink effects atm because a decent number of the cards we've seen do that. I don't think this speaks for how many cards in the set blink and that we'll only see a handful more.

This is very hard to evaluate at this point. If flickering becomes a deck, this will be a key player. If it doesn't, no way and heck am I playing this in Delver of Secrets  ' slot.
