It was revealed to me in a dream. All the cards were in my dream except for three slots which I plugged in as Vault Skirge.
FULL DISCLOSURE: The dream was post AVR so there was a copy of Slayer's Stronghold. I decided to keep it pre AVR in my post here.
EDIT: I just remembered. The Skirges might have been 2x Whipflare and 1x something else, probably War and Peace.
EDIT2: Currently 4-0 in my first four games with this. My opponents have been very angry. I fought off a Wurmcoil from Grixis for six turns before I found my second Dispatch. Jeez, I can do a lot of damage.
EDIT3: Streak broken. Lost to an unexpected Overrun.  Cracking a Shrine for 10 wasn't enough.

Black gets good, usable cards every other set.
But Black doesn't get Snapcaster Mage. Black doesn't get Primeval Titan. Black doesn't get Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Stoneforge Mystic.
Usable cards are one thing. Format-defining cards are another. I haven't been playing for an incredibly long time, but I don't remember the last time Black got one of those.

Black gets good, usable cards every other set.
Black gets good, usable removal spells every other set. Gee thanks wizards... just what I always wanted.. more removal. I'll go stack those up on an endless pile of black removal spells that really cease to impress me.
Good cards aside from that? Anytime they print something that gets me halfway excited they immediately print something in the same set to invalidate it... as if they're afraid to let black off the leash for 3 months. Phyrexian Obliterator... so happy... next day's spoiler? Dismember  . Fan-tastic. And Vapor Snag  . Plus, Purge was still in the format. GARBAGE.
What else? We haven't gotten anything really strong since Thoughtseize... and that card doesn't even create a deck or power an archetype or do something degenerate... its just the most effective discard spell printed since Hymn. Good stuff... but I need more cards to make a deck, let alone call black good. I came back to MTG right as black was on the decline... i only got to use Korlash for a couple months.
Now... Liliana is really good.... but then she started getting immediately invalidated with Dark Ascension via Lingering Souls (in every deck because its that good) which beats both of her most commonly used modes and well other decks use flashback spells and now in AVR there's Sigarda...(coincidentally spoiled right with Barter in Blood  ... further evidence that when black gets something exciting it gets shat on instantly).
Case closed... but I'll never stop sneaking out Maro's back door until it stops.

Easy, I never said black got format defining cards. But, black does get a handful of good cards on occasion. Gravecrawler  and Geralf's Messenger  are solid cards.
I'm just as pissed off at wizards for hosing cards like obliterator, messenger, and liliana the very same set or the following set. It is insulting, but it's just a game.
Black will be known for two things post AVR, lingering souls flashback and unburial rites.

Maybe if Wizards is really nice, they'll give me back my favorite tribe in M13 and Zombies will be good again...

How come I have to pay 50 bucks for a dark confidant  then?
According to everyone on these forums. You should only play the best decks in whatever format you want. You are a bad player and should just quit if you intend on using anything else.
