I like the idea behind 'miracle' but think it may be far too easily abused.
Still, abuse aside thse things are likely to be amazing in limited and blue decks where the top card is easily manipulated.

Unless I'm mistaken, it also doesn't say anything about having to be drawn on your turn, it just says that it has to be the first card drawn *this* turn. So think twice  and any other instant speed card draw just got a bit better, and it also encourages you to wait until the end of your opponent's turn to play it, so again, encouraging correct play (unless of course you needed an answer to something they played right away, in which case you should use the draw spell to dig anyway).

Hoping for some sort of angel, maybe even a red angel, to come from this. Something along the lines of,
When CARD NAME enters the Battlefield, you may search your library for a card with Miracle. If you do, shuffle your library, then put that card on top.

I can see some card doing that. I'm also anticipating something to grant Miracle to the next card you draw, though I'm not sure how they would appropriately cost that.

Riddle of Lightning  to scry thunderous wrath  ? 6 damage of the riddle+ 5 for wrath. 11 damage to player for 6 is good. My question is what to do with all this mana open that we have thank to the miracle...

Has anyone asked what's up with the border on these miracle cards? I understand the need to make them obvious, so I get the "rays of miracledom" shooting out from behind the art, but why the pointy ridge on the card's title box? Is there something we're missing, or is it just one more thing to say, "Hey look at me, I'm a miracle card, don't put me into your hand if you want to cast me for my miracle cost"?
