Creatures – 23 2 pyreheart wolf 4 stromkirk noble 4 invisible stalker 2 Trespassing souleater 3 neurok invisimancer 3 stormblood berserker 3 hero of oxid ridge 2 Furnace scamo Spells – 18
3 Silver-inlaid dagger
3 Volt charge
2 Incinerate 3 curse of stalked prey 2 curiosity 2 Mana leak 2 Silent Departure Lands – 21 4 sulfur falls 10 mountain 7 island
The point of this deck is to be really hard to block as often as possible. Curiosity and infiltration lens for draw, curse of stalked prey and the vamps for big creatures mid-late game.
Not sure on Sideboard, though I like ruthless invasion . Maybe 2 more mana leaks.
Thoughts? The mana curve worries me slightly, not sure though

Right now your deck is going to be suffering from a lot of redundancies. Such as multiple pyreheart wolfs on the field, having artful dodge when you already have unblockable creatures, or pyreheart wolf with stormblood berserker. I don't like infiltration lens or neurok commando here. Infiltration lens will not be drawing you cards as your opponent will likely be unable to block (neurok invisimancer, invisible stalker, etc). You should be focusing on dealing damage not wanting it to be blocked. I would recommend Silver-Inlaid Dagger instead. A lot of your creatures are human, so they would get +3 attack which is really good with unblockable creatures. The low casting and equip cost makes it really dangerous( could attack for 6 with stormblood berserker or 4 with invisible stalker on turn 3). I don't like neurok commando for a few reasons. The first is shroud which means no curiosity, no artful dodge, no infiltration lens, and no targeting with neurok invisimancer. The second is that it is the easiest creature to block in your deck, meaning your opponent will likely be blocking it if you attack with it. The third is it's mana cost. Double Blue turn 3 with 10 blue sources can be more difficult to achieve than it might seem. I would recommend Trespassing Souleater instead. You mentioned your mana curve. Currently I think you have too many creatures at 3 mana and not enough at 1. Ideally you want to do something on turn 1 with an aggro deck. Especially when you can enable stormblood berserker's bloodthirst, attack and get bigger with curse of stalked prey, or draw a card with curiosity. Spikeshot Elder or Furnace Scamp might be useful. I would probably drop down pyreheart by 1 or 2 and only use 2-3 trespassing souleaters instead of neurok commandos. 1 artful dodge could probably be replaced by a 1 drop to reduce redundancy (very unlikely that you need 2 copies of artful dodge in a game). Other suggestions: more lands 19 is pretty low, I would recommend 21. Burn spells or bounce spells could be useful if you could find room. Not sure about mana leak since you'll likely be playing something each turn instead of responding to your opponent. Equipment is great with a lot of your creatures, try to get some more in. With neurok invisimancers and unblockable or hard to block creatures, you might not need any artful dodges at all.

3 Daggers would probably be enough. Its boost is usually better than inquisitor's flail + butcher's cleaver is a lot slower than the dagger( 3x cost and 1.5x equip). Put back in an invisible stalker and something else(could leave in a flail or cleaver if you want). Also you autocarded furnace whelp instead of furnace scamp.

Having 2 mana leaks is weird... IMO leak should be a 4-of or a none-of.

Legacy: Cherri0s (Deck in progress)
Modern: R/G Tron
EDH: Gisela Midrange Wrexial Control

Actually, a lot of the pros have started shaving Mana Leaks from their deck. The idea is that people are going to play around them anyways, so you only really have to so it to them on occasion for them to continue doing so. I definintely don't like the Silent Departures. Vapor Snag is just better.

Delver + Ponder seems to be really good...
On the topic of Treasure Mage: Hello planeswalkers. Look at your hand, now back to me, now back to your hand, now back to me. Sadly, your hand doesn't have a big game-winning bomb in it, but if you searched through your library for an artifact with converted mana cost of 6 or greater, you could get one. Look down, now back up, shuffle your library. Where are you? You're in a Magic game, and you're losing. What's that in your hand? It's a Wurmcoil Engine. Look again, the Wurmcoil Engine is now a ticket to Nagoya. Anything is possible when you cast Treasure Mage. I'm on a dragon.

You have theme to your deck that I don't think is very viable or good, so my suggestions would probably dilute your idea. But I would advise starting with this core:
4x Mana Leak 4x Delver of Secrets 2-4x Vapor Snag 2-4x Brimstone Volley 4x Ponder 4x Stromkirk Noble
