How many players actually like cards like this? Personally I hate it, mostly because there's the 50% chance I pay RRR to put this card in my graveyard and get nothing.
There's also a 50% chance to search your library for a creature and put it onto the battlefield for  .
p.s. I personally like the card.

You may cast target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard without paying it's mana cost. Incendiary Recall deals damage to you equal to that card's converted mana cost. Exile the card after it resolves.
Or something like that...
