Clarification: Does terror  count for the "destroy permanents" bonus, or only vindicate  ?

To stave off boredom, I'm going to post some random Rakdos cards that I had ideas for but never got the opportunity to use in this contest due to them not meeting certain criteria. Rakdos Diabolist    Creature - Human Shaman (U)Devil creatures and Imp creatures you control get +1/+1. , Sacrifice a nontoken creature,  ; Choose one - put a 1/1 black Imp creature token with flying onto the battlefield; or put a 1/1 red Devil creature token with first strike onto the battlefield. 2/2 Skyblight Demon  Creature - Demon (R)
Flying When Skyblight Demon enters the battlefield, put two 1/1 black Imp creature tokens with flying onto the battlefield. Sacrifice a creature with flying; regenerate Skyblight Demon. 4/4 Infernal Ceremony Sorcery (U)
Artifacts, creatures, and lands you control are Demons in additional to their other types until end of turn. Draw a card. Malice and Mayhem, Hellish Duo Legendary Creature- Devil Imp (R)
Flying, first strike. Other black creatures you control with power 3 or less gain deathtouch.
Other red creatures you control with power 3 or less gain intimidate. 3/3
Blasphemous Mindset Sorcery (R)
Until end of turn, you count as having no cards in your hand for the purpose of spells or abilities ( you do not discard cards as part of this spell's effect). Hellbent - You gain an emblem with "You count as having no cards in your hand for the purpose of spells or abilities". Hedonistic Excess - Enchantment (R)
Red instant and sorceries you cast gain " Hellbent - if you have no cards in hand, copy this spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.".
