Here's a situation for you. My opponent has 4 life. I have 1 life. Curse of Death's Hold  , Curse of Bloodletting  , Curse of Echoes  , and Curse of Thirst  are all in play; enchanting my opponent. I have a Bitterheart Witch  in play with a +1/+1 counter on it. It is my opponent's turn. He has no creatures on the table. He uses Act of treason  to gain control of my bitterheart witch. How does curse of echoes play into this? Can I use Act of Treason to take my bitterheart witch back?

Your copy would go on the stack and resolve first. then his would, and he would gain control of your creature.
