when I have no creatures on the field and i cast Genesis Wave for four revealing llanowar elf , Angelic Destiny , a forest, and a creature that has shroud. 1.) can I even enchant a creature that also comes out with genesis wave? The enchantment enters the battlefield and does not target, and things entering at the same time see eachother do so.... 2.)If not and I have a creature with shroud out prior to casting Genesis wave and I reveal an enchantment aura can I attach it to the creature with shroud?

No. You can only enchant things that were on the battlefield before the aura.
2.)If not and I have a creature with shroud out prior to casting Genesis wave and I reveal an enchantment aura can I attach it to the creature with shroud? Yes you can.

1) No, you can't. All permanent enter the battlefield at the same and you have to choose what to enchant right before it enters the battlefield. At that point, nothing has entered yet, so there is nothing to attach the Aura to.
That EtB triggered abilities trigger on the game state right after the event which put everything in play doesn't matter.
2) Yes. Aura's only target when you cast them. They don't target when you put them on the battlefield. You simply choose something they can enchant and then attach the Aura to that (without any targetting).

"You spend twenty years learning the spell that makes nude virgins appear in your bedroom, and then you're so poisoned by quicksilver fumes and half-blind from reading old grimoires that you can't remember what happens next." - Terry Pratchett, The Colour Of Magic

1)Sure, you can do that. Aura spells are targeted, but since you're not casting the Angelic Destiny, you don't have to target the Humble Budoka to put it on him.2)This also works, but as you said, things entering at the same time see each other, so the Budoka (or whatever creature) doesn't need to already be on the battlefield. Edit: I need a refresher. Oops.
