The deck is Blue/Black and focuses on Equipment and being unblockable. More than anything I like the deck to have a lot of flavor. All the creatures are Rogues or creatures that are like Rogues. Lands 9 x Swamp 9 x Island 1 x Jwar Isle Refuge Creatures 1 x Neurok Commando 3 x Blighted Agent 2 x Hada Spy Patrol 3 x Prickly Boggart 2 x Moonglove Winnower 1 x Royal Assassin 4 x Dimir Infiltrator 2 x Thoughtcutter Agent 1 x Lurking Informant 1 x Vectis Agents Spells 2 x Thieves' Fortune 2 x Protective Bubble 1 x Writ of Passage 1 x Noggin Whack 2 x Psychic Drain Artifacts 1 x Dimir Signet 3 x Cloak and Dagger 1 x Mask of Avacyn 2 x Whispersilk Cloak 1 x Grappling Hook 1 x Explorer's Scope 1 x Grafted Exoskeleton 1 x Ogre's Cleaver 2 x Neurok Stealthsuit So what do you think? Any cards that would fit well or cards that I should take out? Thanks in advance!

I like the deck, very flavorful, however you have two cards in there that I feel don't quite cut the flavor muster. Writ of Passage I understand that mechanically it is very much a rogue spell, but the flavor of the spell is more of an important diplomat that has all his paperwork in order than a rogue who sneaks their way in where he/she wants to go. Fortunately this can be an easy swap if you want it to be as another copy of whispersilk cloak will function very similarly and has the very sneaky "cloak of invisibility" theme going on. Prickly Boggart While he (it?) is actually a rogue, the card art does not suggest a sneaky feeling to it. More like, "stay out of my way or I'll poke you with one of my very unhygenic spikes". Granted a 1/1 Fear for is pretty awesome, so feel free to ignore me if you want. You've got a lot of room to play here in what creature you want to replace him with. deathbypoison's suggestion has some great merit to it, but I'm not quite feeling it art-wise from those 3 that he specifically mentioned. Royal Assassin on the other hand really nails it for me. But that move also does away with your only 1-drop creature slot. I've got some other ideas that might be useful (if you want to stay with a 1-drop): Pulse Tracker Guul Draz Vampire

Guul Draz Assassin is borderline for me in terms of rogue flavor. It's better than the other two in terms of rogueishness (is that a word?), but I'm on the fence about it. The two vamps I listed were because they looked like they were sneaking around.
In the end it's a very subjective topic so as long as you can make an argument for it, there's merit to it. And I'll be honest here, after taking a second look at your assassins they're starting to grow on me a little more. =D

The infect mechanic only really fits into infect decks. In a non-infect deck like this, creatures that have infect are far less effective than they ought to be. Dealing two different sorts of damage to an opponent is an ineffeicient strategy.
Psychic Drain is a card for a mill deck, and has no practical use here, except as extremely expensive life-gain.
I'm not convinced by Grappling Hook without more deathtouch, or creatures with higher power scores. I'm also not really seeing the point of Explorer's Scope, particularly.
I'd suggest two or three more lands.
Your creature to equipment/aura ratio seems a little off. I think you could do with more creatures and fewer things to equip them with. Creatures are quite vulnerable until you've got shroud or hexproof on them, and there's little worse than having a hand full of auras and no creatures to play them on.

I agree with Tr0users about Psychic Drain and Explorer's Scope - I would cut those cards. Ogre's Cleaver, Mask of Avacyn, and Neurok Stealthsuit are other cards I would cut. The cleaver costs too much to equip and the others just don't do enough for you. I don't know if you need Whispersilk Cloak either. Most of your guys are already evasive. Swiftfoot Boots might do better, in addition to being cheaper. But I think what you really need is equipment that buffs power - Bonesplitter is tried and true in this regard. Moonglove Winnower doesn't seem appropriate for this deck. It's more of a defensive guy. Lurking Informant and Thoughtcutter Agent don't really do much of anything so I'd cut them also. Vectis Agents is too expensive for what it is, and will only get in for 2 if you make it unblockable. You should cut all the infect cards, including Grafted Exoskeleton, unless you are going to play dedicated Infect. Even for an aggressive deck, you have too few lands. 22-23 seems right for this deck. As far as your creatures go, you should really be playing 4-ofs, not 1, 2, and 3 ofs. You'll probably want to have 24+ creatures. For an aggressive deck's curve, you'll probably want mostly 2-drop creatures, with a couple of 1-drops and some 3 and 4 drops. You also need removal. Black has no shortage of that. 10ish removal spells should be good I think. Cards to consider: Pulse Tracker Looter il-Kor Invisible Stalker Oona's Blackguard Inkfathom Infiltrator Marsh Flitter Stinkdrinker Bandit
