Indeed. If there is no communication from them before the new game gets released I am going to come to the conclusion that is was the Twitter campaign that got them to post and that in actuality they have no intention of keeping their promises.
Balls in your court Wizards.

Then lets start the Twitter campaign again (and include Facebook if at all possible). It only cost me a few minutes a day and, if it'll get under their skin, then it's worth it to me.

QFT. If the Twitter campaign is what caused the spur to WOTC to get on these forums, then thats a good indication. Its bad that it comes to viral spamming to strong arm a company into even talking to its customers.

First of all, you're no one to tell me what to do. Moving on...
Microbless posted one message on Feb 22nd and hasn't said anything since then. If you aren't interested in participating in the Twitter campaign to help encourage improvement in a game that needs it, then don't. Besides, it was obviously only an opinion or even a suggestion at best.
Disagree all you want but I can have the opinion that we should start it up again.

Hey Everyone,
I finally have an update for you all, and appreciate your patience on this. I have been working with Robvalue to make some changes about how we communicate with you in the future and I hope that with taking this first step we can communicate much much more on future projects.
After discussing with the team here, we’ve learned that there will not be any further updates to Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 game. Wizards is working hard on our digital initiatives, and we (I with some help) will continue to monitor these threads and pass along bugs and issues that you report. We really appreciate your efforts in this area.

So basicly they're not going to fix any bug, yet you'll continue to pass them on to them...that's helpfull... for the future... maybe... I guess, wait is this supposed to be good news..? Also the change in communications is nice, again it's almost a month since we were communicated of anything. Don't understand why people keep coming here to complain or report anything, tab out of this subforum and you can just go too the WoTC staff forum and complain there. Microbless is there way more then here, it's obvious this is an ignored abandoned subforum. If they're smart they'll erase all the posts when releasing dotp 13 to cover their horrible support management for 12 up.

Wow, if thats aimed at me then youve very very much missed my point. If Twitter is what it takes to get WOTC to give us information then im 100% for that idea. Its just a sad state of affairs that it has to come to the community spamming Twitter in a desperate attempt to make WOTC give us something, anything. It should never come to such drastic action, but its that extreme action that speaks louder than the dischord on these forums.
More importantly than anything, stainless/wotc should recognise what Robvalue has done and continues to do. Hes a guy whos willing to help on the forums with rules clarification and has found hundreds of bugs, most of which he could fix. For the love of God, somebody give Robvalue a place. He could keep intouch with the community, something WOTC/Stainless must be morbidly afraid of, and he can fix those goddamn bugs. Everybody wins

Uhm...you quoted me and told me to "QFT"....so yeah. If I misunderstood the rest of your post, then I apologize. Maybe "QFT" means something else to you, I don't know. In any case, the Twitter campaign obviously got under their skin since Microbless wrote one post and we obediently stopped our campaign. Whether it's a sad state of affairs or not doesn't matter as far as whether or not we should resume said campaign.
Again, opinion only.

QFT = Quoted for Truth. I just googled it as I wasn't familiar with it. He was basically saying he completely agreed with you.

Well, now isn't that surprising and I have no problems admitting I was wrong, lol. Pretty funny. I could have sworn I've seen it on other forum boards in an offensive manner = Quit Fing Talking. I'm glad you corrected me so now I know. Thanks,

Many thanks Ocal If they give me the chance, I will do all I can to improve the quality of the next game. Right now no one at Wizards is even replying to my messages, so not off to a good start. I agree, keeping up the pressure on Twitter is a good idea. I have the link to the campaign thread in my signature and I'll leave it there (I updated it to say campaign for D13, but that didn't seem to take off). Sending messages along the lines of: We've been promised better communication about DoTP but we're being ignored again, please talk to us!We want to believe DoTP13 will be improved, but we're not getting any evidence!I'm not going to buy DoTP13 unless we're promised any remaining bugs will be fixed! Please offer a goodwill discount for DoTP13 for those who bought DoTP12 since it was abandonded.may cause something to happen. The previous list of targets to Twitter is still there and it seemed to work last time. Get in there To get the thread going again, feel free to post in there what you have sent on Twitter.
