Return to Dust  is an instant that you wouldn't cast during combat. Same thing with Enlightened Tutor  , which can go get Caltrops or either of your Minefields (which is a cool idea with Basandra BTW).

I knew you would mention those as I thought of them already  - but I have no idea what to remove for them. I'll have to play some more to find out.

I'm finally getting back around to modifying this deck. I made a couple changes: Out: Kabira Vindicator  - Not a bad card, but the level up cost is so high I didn't use it very often, making him pretty worthless. That Which Was Taken  - Same as above, nice card but the mana intensiveness stopped me from using it most of the time. In: Woolly Razorback  - Not that useful in most decks but could be great in a forced attack deck like this one. Return to Dust I was also thinking of Hold the Line  but there is the obvious issue of it being potentially useless when Basandra is out.

Avacyn Restored Changes: Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion  replaced with Slayers' Stronghold  - Vigilance is more important than Double strike in this deck. Balefire Dragon  replaced with Gisela, Blade of Goldnight  - Gisela is much better in a forced attack deck. Pristine Angel  replaced with Malignus  - Malignus is a great giant wall for stuff to run into. Platinum Emperion  replaced with Avacyn, Angel of Hope  - A tough one, but the Emperion is more vulnerable and I can still die to commander damage with it (which has happened). Marshal's Anthem  replaced with Cathars' Crusade  Razia's Purification  replaced with Terminus  - Terminus should be a better fit and Purification has punished me more than my opponents on some uses.

One more change: Cathars' Crusade replaced with Ajani Vengeant  - I got a copy of the Boros Ajani and this deck is the best fit for it.

I replaced Glorious Anthem  with Creepy Doll  - the +1/+1 from the Anthem just doesn't cut it in this deck.
