In the spirit of Chinese (Lunar) New Year, I'll be holding a short YMtC contest. (If you haven't heard of the Lunar New Year, read all about it here.) Since it's the Year of the Dragon, the criteria will be rather straight forward. Criteria: Make me a dragon.
Please try to be interesting, nobody here wants to see another boring variant of a firebreathing dragon . Round ends in roughly 48 hours. Good luck and have fun!
I have a sig because it gives my posts better spacing.

Bonecrackle | Creature - Elemental DragonFlash, trample, flying, haste When a creature dies that was dealt damage by Bonecrackle this turn, exile it. Named for the sound it makes flashing through the clouds, and the sound of the remains it leaves as you wade through them. 6/2

Mighty Dragon 2 Creature - Dragon (R) Flying : Deal 1 damage to target creature. If Might Dragon would be dealt damage, prevent that damage and add a -1/-1 counter to it. If Mighty dragon has 2 or less power, it loses flying. "Keep firing, we must bring i down!" -Alegren, Captain of the Keep.5/5 I tried to resemble to fact that dragons are big flying beings that are tough to bring down, and to do so you need to keep hacking and fireing arrows at it to weaken it. Then when its weakned enough it can't fly then you finish it off. I gave it the 'ping' ability to make feel more powerful and more like a dragon.

Territorial Dragon Creature - Dragon Flying, trample Whenever an opponent searches your library, you may cast CARDNAME from your library without paying its mana cost if you haven't cast another spell named CARDNAME this turn. Whenever in a map it says "Here be dragons", it's most certainly referring to him.

Tanzimat, Desert's Tulip Legendary Creature -- Dragon DjinnFlying, haste; phasing When Tanzimat phases in, you may cast an instant or sorcery card as though it had flash. If you do not, exile Tanzimat. She is the light of the heavens, reflected on the fields of glass; she is the passion of the witch-men, burnt into the dunes, revealing the multiverse.3 | 2

Hmm, there are more types of dragons than the flyers... Mystic Dragon Creture - Dragon Shaman Forestwalk : ~ gets +1/+1 until end of turn. If this is the third time this ability has been activated this turn, ~ gains Mountainwalk until end of turn. When ~ dies, regenerate all creatures you control. 5/5
As long as it's random, I really can't see where's the problem. Anyway, there's already a few standard ways for doing this. We listed them in this thread. If someone does the bogey-bogey, eats the cards, waits until they come out, look out the approximate order, place replacements in the same order, calls the president to ask him to give him a string of numbers, puts the card in the given order, then pick the cards in the order given by taking the date of birth of his opponent, reversed, and taking only every other number, then a judge can clearly declare that he's random enough.
The beauty of sarcasm is that when the person using it is totally incorrect, you can just remove the sarcasm and end up with a post that is actually correct.
