Make one. Notes
- This is a contest, one of the participants will win a whole load of nothing.
- You will gain feedback, but no scores. If this is an issue, you can compare text length to make yourself feel better.
- Include an explanation if necessary. If I don't find anything clever, that's your loss.
- Static abilities are neither clever nor innovative by themselves.
- The contest closes when I can't wait any longer.
- Garruk Relentless is the most clever Planeswalker to this date.
I consider a clever planeswalker to be one that uses the mechanics of planeswalkers in an interesting fashion, and might have more option than the first impression. Alternatively, you could expand upon how Planeswalkers work (most commonly adding other types of loyalty abilities), as long as you use this in an interesting way.
Everything Mown does is elegant.

Spark of Fury
Sorcery Target red creature you control loses all abilities and becomes a Planeswalker with a number of loyalty counters on it equal to its converted mana cost. It's no longer a creature. It has "+1: Target creature gets +X/+0, where X is this card's printed toughness," and "-3: This planeswalker deals X damage to target creature or player, where X is this card's printed power."
