Gate to Phyrexia  On gatherer it says target artifact, the card said "Destroy any one artifact" My question is, can I destroy an artifact with hexproof/shroud with this?

108.1. Use the Oracle(TM) card reference when determining a card's wording. A card's Oracle text can be found using the Gatherer card database at < gatherer.wizards.com>. It doesn't actually matter what's printed on your card. What Gatherer says the card says is what it says. So, no, you can't.

Small nitpick: if it was YOUR artifact that has hexproof, you could still destroy it  .
