I cast a Genesis Wave with X = 8. Then I reveal, a Quagnoth and an Eldrazi Conscription . Since the aura is being put into play, not being played (and thus, not targeting anything), I think it can be put into play enchanting the shrouded critter ; Is my judgement acceptable? Does it lack valid arguments? Does it even make sense? Thanks, as always!

You cannot put Eldrazi Conscription onto the Quagnoth off of your Genesis Wave . Not because the Quagnoth has shroud--that doesn't matter here, for exactly the reason you noted. You can't put the Conscription onto the Quagnoth for the same reason you couldn't put it onto any other creature that the Wave is putting onto the battlefield: everything from the Wave enters the battlefield at the same time, meaning that when you choose what to attach the Conscription to (which is just before it enters the battlefield), the Quagnoth isn't yet on the battlefield, and thus is not a legal choice. If Quagnoth was already on the battlefield before the Wave, then putting the Conscription onto it would be perfectly fine.
And so people say to me, "How do I know if a word is real?" You know, anyone who's read a children's book knows that love makes things real. If you love a word, use it! That makes it real. Being in the dictionary is an artificial distinction; it doesn't make the word any more real than any other word. If you love a word, it becomes real. --Erin McKean, Redefining the Dictionary

I thank you! But, taking the risk of seeming ungrateful, is there any chance to relate the following fragment of your answer to a specific rule? (just to calm down the angry mob demanding such rules' quote or my my blood, usually whichever can be drawn faster!) You cannot put Eldrazi Conscription onto the Quagnoth off of your Genesis Wave .
Sorry about this, but I'm still utterly confused about most of the situations concerning the wave !

"303.4f If an Aura is entering the battlefield under a player‘s control by any means other than by resolving as an Aura spell, and the effect putting it onto the battlefield doesn‘t specify the objector player the Aura will enchant, that player chooses what it will enchant as the Aura enters thebattlefield. The player must choose a legal object or player according to the Aura‘s enchantability and any other applicable effects."
The reason is because the aura enchants something as it's entering the battlefield, it doesn't enter the battlefield then enchant something. As it's entering the battlefield the quagnoth is not yet on the battlefield, so it can't be choosen to enchant.
