This deck has a good matches with every deck except ROL. I play this deck a lot and the only deck that can consistantly beat me is ROL either it is too fast and beats me, or the end game control beats me.

I agree with you, I never felt my losses were related to the deck being underpowered or something similar. It plays juste fine, and it is very satisfying.

Whats you thoughts on the BH vs ROI game? I seem to be winning that fight also.
I'm guessing you meant DH, right?
Well, what do you wanna do against Bribery , Mind Control & Cultural Exchange ? That's why RoI is the best deck, it just hovers above the rest, 'cause it works on a complete other level then the rest of the decks. Only thing that comes to mind is playing the Fallen Angel s, so you can sacrifice your targeted creatures when Mind Control and Cultural Exchange hit the table. Best thing about it is that it even can sacrifice itself!
yeah, DH.
Nobody's saying that ROI isn't the best deck. We have no debate about that.
I'm just saying that -I- usually have a good chance to win against it when i'm playing DH.
So far i have had good results vs Bribery , mind control and Cultural Exchange .
DH has solutions to all of those..
So far i done the following for example:
Bribery = Pacifism like card, like Pillory, etc. or kill it with Damnation or other board sweeper or spot removal.
Mind control, Same as above or Fallen angel.
Cultural Exchange = Board sweeper, Pacifism like card, etc.

Once again had one of these AWESOME matches, and of course Dark Heavens was involved, in fact twice. 2HG: DH & MtW (us) vs DH & Mach (them). Pretty descent beginning for all, the usual stuff out there like Soul Warden , Etherium Sculptor etc, me just a little short on mana, but not a bad hand. They play some real bombs, the Wurmcoil Engine , Akroma, Angel of Wrath and Ob Nixilis, the Fallen are out there, but we have plenty of Faith's Fetters and Recumbent Bliss to arrest them anf get out some good stuff, too. When we finally thought we'd have the upper hand, Soulquake hits the table - yes, Soulquake , the card i never used but made perfect sense in that moment and changed everything. Me with 5 or 6 lands and suddenly a hand of 11 - sh*t! Managed to play some stuff next round and only discard Wall of Essence and keep Fallen Angel , Sunblast Angel and some more bombs in hand. The game goes on forever after that, Etched Champion for them on the table, Leonin Sun Standard and Glory of Warfare plus lots of tokens for us, Angels and Wormcoil Engines everywhere, 80 to 40 life thanks to Venser's Journal for them plus Seizan, Perverter of Truth on the table to speed things up a bit. We hit the point where you actually can't even keep track of what is going on and you just feel this is the moment to attack, me with Desolation Angel and Sunblast Angel in hand to keep the backfire under control and they messed up the blocking for a MAGNIFICENT win Game lastet 50 minutes or so, crazy. Wonderful deck it is!

Don't know if this has been mentioned....but play this deck with Discard.
Mind Rot your teammate and have Black/White discard their 2 biggest creatures....then Black/White uses the card that switches graveyard and battlefield creatures and you got monsters out. It heavily relies on getting the right hands but when it works it's a game ender

You mean Living Death . Yeah, that can work, but there's only one copy in it, slim chances... Plus it's 5 mana, can take some time to get there.

I always felt Gravewhispers could kind of "backfire" when paired with Dark Heavens because of Living Death. Yeah, you could have some bomb heavy hand and Living Death to combo with Gravewhispers' discard, but more often than not, Gravewhispers is probably causing the opponents to discard filling up their graveyards much faster than yours. That said, one of my last games with this deck involved using Living Death against Strength of Stone. It was a pretty long game filled with some sweeper use on both ends until he kind of stabilizes with a Grim Lavamancer out. His foolish mistake, he was most likley just going with the "auto-selection" of the cards to exile and he pretty much wiped most of his creatures from his graveyard making Living Death nearly one-sided. It was awesome.

Oh absolutely it's a huge gamble. But Mind Rot only takes 3 mana so theoretically speaking you can get two monster creatures (I know at least one card in Black/White costs 8 mana, maybe 2 cards) out in the 5th round
