Consider my mind blown sir Markus Staeheli.
I do have one question though. How does one tell apart cards from Alpha/Beta/Unlimited? I don't see any date markers or expansion symbols on the cards so I'm stumped.
Alpha has much more rounded corners than does the Beta print run. The Unlimited set has white borders.
I noticed that Nevinyrral's Disk was also signed by Larry Niven.
Yeah, good catch on that.
Does anyone know what that second signature on the Black Lotus is?

I just went with Magma Jet instead. Instant + Scry seemed more useful to me.

This Legacy burn deck has a mana base I can get behind. 17 Mountain  2 Barbarian Ring  And the rest of the deck looks like it might be reasonably priced, too.
The end is always nigh.

Out of curiosity's sake I priced the deck out on SCG, and it comes out to just under $130. Josh Cho's (the runner up) first turn alone cost just under $120. His whole deck costs $1,600. Half of that is for the mana base alone. Also.
