Although I agree with the above post I would also like to add that by not moderating a poster advocating the use of a bug you are encouraging the exploitation of said bug. Are the mods really encouraging the use of bugs in 2012? The OP has stated as much and the mods seem to feel that not removing that content is fine. Also, there is a huge difference between reporting a bug and explaining how to use a bug to affect the outcome of the match. The OP's post certainly falls into the second category as they explain exactly how they use the Flamekin Brawler's ability among others.

The OP is a self-admitted cheater that uses known bugs to directly affect the outcome of matches. I don't understand how anyone can take their advice as beneficial considering that they have openly violated the T.O.S. of PSN, XBL and Steam. Worse yet they continue to encourage the exploitation of these bugs and justify Wizards/Stainless' inattention to these issues as validation for these bugs. Furthermore this thread should be merged with the Blood Hunger deck editing thread as it contains nothing that is not related to that specific thread.
That is a very strong choice of words. I don't "cheat" or advocate others "cheating". That's wrong. What I do suggest for competitive players who like to win...is to maximize their chances of winning. "Maximing your chances of winning" is not the same as "cheating". This includes making use of every feature of the game that was included at its initial release.
The things that I do to "maximize my chances of winning" are available to all players and therefore is not "unfair" to anyone sinces everyone can copy my tactics and do the same thing.
The game has been out for almost six months now. If there were bugs in the game, they would have been fixed by now. It is only logical to assume that the rules of DoTP2012 differ from the trading card game and that this game is working as intended.
Lastly, this thread is more about "how to dominate DLC2" than the older blood hunger thread which does not account for the new cards that were added to the deck. Starting this thread is justified. It's not like I'm spamming the boards. I post a topic maybe once or twice a week. Seems reasonable to me.

If it is a "bug" how can you prove it?
Keep in mind I don't know all of the nuances of the actual game of magic. Also keep in mind that I am a paying customer for wizards. I currently have no complaints with how the game functions, and I will continue to buy all of the new content. Some people choose to enjoy what they payed for, instead of complaining all of the time and insulting the moderators of the forum who are probably busy enough and don't feel like scaring away a paying customer by justifying the "elitism" of the people who the trading card game, cry and whine all the time, lose to more casual players like myself, then come here and post rubbish in frustration.

And so are the rest of us....what exactly is your point?
scaring away a paying customer by justifying the "elitism" of the people
Hahahahahaha....that is rich. g0mbl3rr calling other people elitist....now THAT is funny.
Edit: Also, if it wasnt already obvious by all of your posts that you are trolling, it should be pretty obvious by the fact that every single post in this thread except yours has pointed out that you are, in fact, trolling.

What is there to prove? Obviously in paper magic using an ability during your opponents main phase will absolutely NOT force them to skip it. That's just ridiculous I can't believe you would even begin to think it isn't a glitch.

Two things.
First, the OP and his subsequent Ps are actually absurd enough that I think they might be parody.
Second, like the broken clock or the blind squirrel, there is one valid point the g0mbl3rr is making: given that Wizards knows about the bug that causes players to skip their turn (it was reported within the first 24 hrs of the game's release), and given that they've had the opportunity to fix it with two patches and haven't, and given that Wizards now says they have nothing to report about upcoming patches or bug fixes, there is no reason to believe that Wizards didn't intend for that bug to be there, even if it violates the spirit of the game and seems to the vast majority of us that it's a programming error.
Again, Wizards' inability to get off their **** and actually talk to their customers here, on the game's "official support" venue, is what justifies the attitude of the OP. And in that, we might understand why the OP isn't being moderated for suggesting a cheat. Perhaps in Wizards' collective mind, the turn-skipping cheat isn't a bug at all; it's a feature.

Even I can admit that if I were given a "booster pack" and asked to compete against someone on these forums in a game of paper magic, I would lose. Not only would I lose, but I would be grabbing every card that they put down on the table and taking 2 minutes to read it. Then out of frustration, I would probably accuse that person of cheating because I don't know the rules.
Conversely, I'm pretty confident that in this game, in this limited environment where there aren't over 10k cards, I'm probably in the top 50...more like top 10 players. I don't care about the rules of "paper magic" because they are too complicated and they don't apply to the setting where I am most comfortable with and where I win.
Not to mention, the future of gaming for wizards is obviously with people like me. If they want to make money they will build on this business concept, not cator to the whinning "paper" magic player who thinks he's better than everyone because he has memorized an encyclopedia of the official magic rules and duels 2012 for the ps3 doesn't match all those rules.
if you want that kind of experience there is magic the gathering online. go to another forum and discuss the "rules" all you want. have fun.
As kenrufo pointed out, this may be a case of "player hating" to quote rap music. A classic case of people "hating the player and not the game".
If you don't like the game or think it has bugs, then don't play it. I don't see any bugs.

The only person here who thinks they are better then anyone else is you...made readily obvious by your own posts.

I wonder if you would have used a certain key combination that was present in the PC version of the game to untap all your permanents even in multiplayer games that you host and if you would have used the same logic that it is merely to maximize your chance to win?

I wonder if g0mbl3rr realizes that his posts are just shrugged off as self-important, quasi-elitist babble. Not only are his posts disregarded by everyone here with half a brain, but they are also one of the few sources of entertainment and humor here. I mean with gems like the ones written above, I keep coming back for more! I admit, I have taken the troll bait a few times. But that's what he's good at. Trolling us. But let's just all take a moment to thank him. Thank you g0mbl3rr, for giving me those chuckles when I need them.
