Maybe time rush or speed force (lol) or something...

Doubling Command
Sorcery {M}
Choose two - For each counter on target permanent, put another of those counters on that permanent; or put a token that is a copy of target creature onto the battlefield; or gain life equal to target player's life total; or take an extra turn after this one.

Too much? I wanted it to be a bit differnt from the other commands.

I think it just strays from itself in scope.

Copying a spell is almost never costed at the same as Taking another turn, which the addition of allowing you to have options, and combind the effects, I think it's just trying to do do much at once.

I will say however that the Copy spell effect is probably the only one I really think needs to come off.  But once that shock is over (A CMC effect to copy a spell!?)  I think the rest of the effects can mesh quite nicely.  It also takes away from the semetry of two abilities per color on the charm.  And the ' c h a r m s' from Alara seem to take that route; Obviously not manditory, but very melvin-esque.  Although it is a command, and the effects are more powerful than a charms, but I think Chams and Commands are quite similar in nature.

It would most likely behoove a player to gain life and take a turn almost allways (Seems like a card for a control deck more than an aggro/beat, so they should have plenty of life right?)  But the ability to make a planeswalker ultimate early, or copy the fattest creature on board (With potential abuse of token multiplying effects) could sway that choice easily enough.

I would probably take it down to though, the even number seems better to my melvin;  and I don't think it really breaks the card.

Pretty cool, over all.

I need to post more red cards!

Lashing Æther
Instant {C}
Counter target spell. If a creature spell is countered this way Lashing Æther deals 3 damage to that spell’s controller.

Why isn't Doubling Command's life gain mode "double target player's life total"? Did it need to be a better version that doesn't fit the doubling theme? Also, there's only one other extra turn card that you can play on someone else's turn , and it makes you lose. And compared to the other modes, doubling the number of counters on a permanent seems fairly underwhelming. Don't know how much it would normally cost to double the number of counters on each permanent target player controls, but that seems more appropriate (might break open Helix Pinnacle , though...) On the whole, it seems undercosted, and certainly seems to have too low of a colored mana cost. Only seven mana to double+ your life and take an extra turn, at instant speed? At the very least it should probably be and a sorcery.

Lashing Aether seems pretty cool, though.

Oh hot damn. Multicolored commands is a fantastic idea.

I feel like the cost should have more colored mana symbols.

Ready for (one of) my personal fav?

Unstable Clone
Creature - Shapeshifter {R}
haste
You may have Unstable Clone enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield until the end of turn, except it's still 2/2 and has haste.
2/2

Emulating Big Clone ?  Hardly saves room on the card, but I think that works as long as the Unstable Clone has Haste in the first place.

Seems kinda cool, dunno if it's too powerful?  Being able to drop it as a three drop, and swing, as a Titan ?  It'll get two triggers of their ability before they can respond unless they saw it coming; Fairly scary, and I'm sure it's got juicy targets in older formats.
