If there is a 4 player game, and player A casts Wrath of God  . Player B responds by killing him vis Goblin Bombardment  . Is the Wrath effect exiled as the controlling player is no longer a part of the game?

When that player leaves the game all spells or abilities that player has on the stack will cease to exist. So the wrath will never resolve.
