For linking a card to Gatherer without writting the name of said card for readers, use the autocard brackets together with and equal sign and right the name of the real card. Then put the message you want inside the tags, like you would do with autocarding. Like this:
I like storm crow because I really like crows in real life, as an animal, and the card isn't terribly stupid, but packs a good deal of nostalgia and also a chunck of the game's history. Absolutely. I used to loose to my buddy's Banding deck for ages, it was then that I found out about Tolaria , and I was finally able win my first game.
Browbeat is a card that is an appropriate deck choice when there's no better idea available. "No better idea available" was pretty much the running theme of Odyssey era.
Modern is like playing a new tournament every time : you build a deck, you win with it, don't bother keeping it. Just build another, its key pieces will get banned.
I always find it helpful when im angry to dress up in an owl costume and rub pennies all over my body in front of a full body mirror next to the window.

I'm not going to say that the deck isn't budget without the duals. I'm only going to say that the argument "Well, he's not running the four most expensive cards around as four-ofs means he's building on a budget" is pretty flawed. So a budget deck is anything that costs less than the single most expensive possible combination of cards?
Anyway, I don't see what Molten-Tail Masticore is doing in that second deck, honestly. It sounds like you plan on using it as an alternate win condition if you don't get a Heavy Arbalest , but considering you're going to be either returning your myr to your hand from your graveyard or sticking them on a Myr Welder , you're not likely to have enough creatures in the 'yard to kill the opponent with his middle ability.
But I do like seeing multiple decks in the article. I wish there were more of an evolutionary link between the two, like last week, but it's still better than seeing just one deck and a few match reports.
Nice to see this getting some attention. I think Heartless Summoning has the real potential to be a deck, though i'm leaning towards combining it with another build-around-me card, Grand Architect, to power out some bigger, though less budget conscious creatures, like Wurmcoil Engine. It gives the deck a backup source of cheap, quick mana and extra aggression, not to mention freeing up your lands to play defensive spells or removal.
I love the irony of the "happy brewing" close, when the purpose of this column is to spoon feed people cheap competitive decklists. Why bother to "brew" when other folks are happy to do it for you?
