Is it just me, or this intro pack is a little heavy on mana? I thought a spirit deck would have little mana costs so you can create an army of spirits, they aren't strong atackers, by logic we would need an little army of them like what happens with myrs, I was planning on getting a spirit based deck in innistrad, but now I think I will have to go with vampires(Carnival of blood is very powerful) or humans(Repel the dark has low mana costs, but I don't see it being powerful, it seems it would loose easily to Carnival of Blood)

I believe the intention with the intro packs is to give players a base-deck to build from and make their own decisions for. I typically find constructed decks have a little too much mana to them, but if you bought any other packs or cards at the same time as the intro deck you would probably trade some stuff out. First things to go would be mana. This might also be for new players so that they don't run into too many mana-drought situations and get frustrated with the game they just started playing.

I know that Hallow36 but my point is: the spirits are too heavy, don't know if in other expansions they were so heavy in mana like this, I've started playing magic this year and loved to have a myr based deck because it's fast( www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=22...), thought the sprit themed deck would be like that
