How the **** do you play aModern Belcher deck? Do you just rely on Simian Spirit Guide and Lotus Bloom for all of your future mana needs and hope you have enough to sustain you for the rest of the game?

You use those so you can play belcher and pay for its ability cost, then you win.

I really prefere the first sketch. The final art could basicaly have been seen in a great number of settings, but the first one was really unique to Innistrad.

Strongly preferred the first one as well. It actually had a butler feel. This art just confused me (why is it in a manor?). I also think a butler would dress differently from a standard Innistrad denizen and it's a shame that this didn't work out in the art (a skeleton with a wig, perhaps?).

Looks like someone was copy/pasting from the previous edition of Sketches--this card doesn't have eyes...

And so people say to me, "How do I know if a word is real?" You know, anyone who's read a children's book knows that love makes things real. If you love a word, use it! That makes it real. Being in the dictionary is an artificial distinction; it doesn't make the word any more real than any other word. If you love a word, it becomes real.

I would also say the first sketch looks much better. That one has a sort of creepy feel, he is comming of the stairs towards you, but does not seem to take notice of you at all.... not yet. The one they've used is just a skeleton. A good skeleton nonetheless, but it doesnt have a lot of flavor to it. And its not creepy at all. The first one says "its comming, run quickly!", the second one just says "hit it on the head." Hope they'll be using the other one someday.

Snapcaster Mage seems like quite the anti-synergistic card in a werewolf deck. He'll force two spells to be cast in the same turn.

Oh man!  The first Manor Skeleton sketch was so awesome!  The Manor Skeleton was one of my least favorite card-arts in the set because I really didn't understand what made it a "Manor" skeleton and I thought creative was just throwing a Gothic-sounding name on a random skeleton card.  But that first sketch is so evocative and it's so creepy.  Now I'm going to be disappointed every time I see the Manor Skeleton and imagine what could have been...
