so, in conclusion: cheap games are always full of bugs. Then answer me: how comes that i own cheap games that are absolutely flawless?
Must have been lucky, eh?

Plants v Zombies - Cheap. never noticed any bugs with it. Directly from Wiki - nominated for the "Casual Game of the Year" and "Outstanding Achievement in Game Design" Interactive Achievement Awards from the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences.[42] The game received nominations in "Best Game Design", "Innovation", and "Best Download Game" for the Game Developers Choice Awards.[43] Plants vs Zombies was picked by Gamezebo as one of the 'Best games of 2009'.
Bloons 4 Tower Defense - A FREE to play game. AMAZING game play and replayability. never seen any bugs in it. there are some exploitable bugs if you have the right webbrowser, but as this is a single player game, that hardly makes any difference.
PAYDAY: The Heist - As cheap as DotP2012. No bugs that are obvious during game play or that would effect the enjoyment of the game.
FarmVille - FREE TO PLAY game that millions of online users play every single day. As soon as a bug creeps up, it's fixed. Hell, all of the games on FaceBook are free to play. Sure you can sink money into them, but you don't have to in order to succeed at these games.
Do you need more evidence that the cost of a game does not have to directly translate into it's quality?
I never said cheap games always have issues. I just said that quality is based on cost and resources. Plus you cannot prove that just because YOU didn't have issues with the game(s) others didn't I know for a fact others did with Plants & Zombies. So there you have it. Cheap games are built cheap. Plus the less you have to put in them the less chance for flaws and bugs. Plants & Zombies was a stupid game to me but I'm sure 8-10 year olds and like minds loved it.
Plus once again not one of those games mentioned has a SISTER/BROTHER game they come from. MTG:2012 does it's called MTG:ONLINE, so this DEMO of a game you pay for is a prodigy of THAT game not an origional game of itself. For $4.99 it's not REQUIRED to be 100% just like those games you listed aren't REQUIRED to be 100% they just lucked out IF what you say is TRUE lol I know all too well about AOL'ers though.

Those two statements contradict themselves. You can't have the first unless you want to conceed that quality is not always based on cost and resources. Thanks for taking pot shots at my maturaty or mental capacity or whatever point you were trying to make though. And I'm not too sure what you mean by knowing all too well about AOLers though.
And if Stainless had developed or even currently handled MTGO then your second point would have merit, but it doesn't and it never has.
Chancellor of the Spires is one of the worst cards in the deck. With only two of them, you are almost never going to get one in your starting hand. If you do get it in your starting hand, it will just sit there. If you get to cast it, it will get burned immediately. - gombl3r CW is NOT how a mono blue deck should work. -Khronikos If anyone in our little group believes in prayer ... we could use all you can give us. I'm new to this board as a member but I've been lurking here in the Magic 2012 section fo a while. I don't want to argue with anyone here what is or isn't considereed good practice for small game developers, but I would like to throw in my support of the email posted at the beginning by Robvalue. I completely agree that there are several things in the game which should have been adressed as well as the fact that neither Stainless nor Wizards have been forthcoming enough with information about whether or not they intend to actually adress these issues. That being said it doesn't mean I intend to stop supporting the game. I will keep playing it and buying supplements for the ps3 version, and I hope that someone with the power to improve the game will take notice and do something about it. So anyway thanks to Wizards and Stainless for developing this game and a big thanks to Robvalue for rightfully speaking up about the issues surrounding it.

The frequency of ORC moderation on these boards, especially on this topic, really seems the result of low situational awareness.
This thread is a discussion of a formal complaint about the absence of any substantive Wizards presence or feedback regarding their Duels 2012 product, and was motivated by a lack of Wizards activity on these boards. The ground for this complaint seem to be reinforced by the frequent procedural presence of ORC moderators.
It's as if the implicit instructions are: feel free to feel frustrated with the game's bugs and our lack of concern about them, just make sure you do it politely, or we'll delete evidence of your frustration.

Hi folks, Just a heads up that discussing moderation actions is off-topic for this forum and is considered disruption, which is against the Code of Conduct. If you have a specific complaint or comment about moderation, please contact Customer Service. Thanks.

Thanks.
You can also make a thread and/or talk about moderation in the Board Business sub-forum. Make sure to use the paper M:tG Boards Business forums because they don't feel this product is worth a Boards Business forum and my other threads that I posted in the MTGO boards business had to be moved there.
Just an FYI for those of you that feel this is getting out of hand and should be brought up with someone higher than an orc or a VCL.

Thanks very much for your support Ashenvictor It is very frustrating that there hasn't even been an official response, of any kind, to this thread yet Wizards staff are clearly reading it daily.
