Someone who just netdecks potentially still cares about the way magic is played, because he's playing magic for a reason. That probably means he cares about mechanical interactions to some degrree. They'd also be more apathetic than "anti-melvin anti-vorthos".

Anti-melvin would probably seek to actively reduce mechanical complexity in the game. They'd support single-function cards. They'd be against work-arounds, solutions, and anything that twists the game around. That'd be an extreme ant-melvin, anyway.

Timmy, Johnny, and Spike are most identifiable by what /they/ care about. Pure Johnny is apparently alright with losing 9 games if on the 10th he gets to see his combo go off. Spike wants to win as many games as possible. Timmy does whatever Timmy does. It's never that straight-forward, but the classification apparently helps with card design.

The person who netdecks, plays Magic as a source of income and constantly complains about how they should just print a card with "You win the game" without any costs or drawback (alongside with no art and flavor) for him so that he can save time and money to earn more money would probably be the most extreme anti-melvin & anti-vorthos person.

It's a super-dynamic strategy game that encourages a usually-interoverted demographic to socially interact with each other.  The game is played on fine art that you can trade amongst other players.

Terror, got any 36-card combos you can share?  I'm curious.

So the thread reopens only to have the subsequent posts deleted?...

Why just Greek architecture? While modern architecture is very Melvin (Need a mall? Glass carton. Office building? Glass carton. Textile factory? Glass carton. Apartment complex? You guessed it: Glass carton.), most other high-end buildings are a mixture of the two.
