niche: I agree that mana disruption is a very good strategy against the multicolored combo and zoo decks and the 12post decks that have been played a lot recently. Unfortunately, shadow only helps if they're running a fetch, and it can't come out turn 1, so zoo's still likely to resolve a goyf if they're on the play or drop a t2 nonfetch, 12post doesn't rely very heavily on fetches, and blood moon comes out too late to effectively screw over shoal infect, zoo, or twin on the play. Basically, decks have weak manabases, but moon and shadow seem too slow to be effective.

It was revealed to me in a dream. All the cards were in my dream except for three slots which I plugged in as Vault Skirge.
FULL DISCLOSURE: The dream was post AVR so there was a copy of Slayer's Stronghold. I decided to keep it pre AVR in my post here.
EDIT: I just remembered. The Skirges might have been 2x Whipflare and 1x something else, probably War and Peace.
EDIT2: Currently 4-0 in my first four games with this. My opponents have been very angry. I fought off a Wurmcoil from Grixis for six turns before I found my second Dispatch. Jeez, I can do a lot of damage.
EDIT3: Streak broken. Lost to an unexpected Overrun. Cracking a Shrine for 10 wasn't enough.

I'm not terribly concerned about a t2 goyf.
And just so you know Shadow of Doubt beats: Gifts Ungiven Sylvan Scrying Scapeshift Eye of Ugin activations Any random ramp spell
AND fetches of course.
Twin the card is useless against. Granted. Shoal Infect is going to have some obvious weaknesses to mono black. Obvious weaknesses.

it seems like mostly tech against 12p. How does it compare to spreading seas in that area?

Spreading Seas hoses color fix. Shadow of Doubt actually kills a land drop or tempo+counterspell a search effect.
You can still tap that Seas'd land... or sac it to scapeshift to get a better one (cloudpost).
It is easier to play Spreading Seas color wise... but in Modern UU or BB or UB shouldn't be a problem.

I'm running u/b control, so mana isn't a problem for me.
The reason I think seas might be better is that it can handle cloudposts that they played from their hand.
Overall, which would you say is the best sb hate for cloudpost?

Easily blood moon . After that, fulminator mage or ensnaring bridge . The blue-based 12-post lists have much better options against all three of those cards, but blue-based 12post is pretty crappy against the field right now.

I really don't get why everyone thinks stone rain that can't hit basics on a pretty small stick that has to sac to do it is so good.
anyways, ensnaring bridge is a good idea, but they'll side in hate g3, though I suppose the hand disruption of u/b could deal with that. I don't like how it hinders you too though.

Blood moon is surprisingly poor against the GR versions, since they ramp up a bit before you drop the moon, then they Through the breach an Emrakul to eat all your stuff..... (This is why I hate the RG post decks being lumped in with all the other post decks, since RG is much better).
We tried some other things, Sowing Salt is good if they only have one cloudpost down, Shadow of a doubt is ok, but you need to have it all the time, which makes things problematic.
As much as I like Fulminator mage, he often does the exact same thing or worse than Molten Rain in reality. Tectonic Edges and ghost quarters can get the job done, the issue with edges, is that they only become active just before Through the breach, and ghost quarter doesn't slow down the TTB plan that much. (On the plus side, new ghost quarter is super nice artwork).

Right, you cannot rely on Shadow of Doubt all the time. It needs help from other cards.
Other cards: Fulminator Mage Smallpox Ghost Quarter Way to recur Fulminator Mage if desired.
