It's a jumping off point: 4 x Bloodghast 4 x Shriekmaw 2 x Golgari Thug 4 x Stinkweed Imp 4 x Fulminator Mage 2 x Tombstalker 3 x Raven's Crime 3 x Thoughtseize 4 x Smallpox 4 x Shadow of Doubt 2 x Worm Harvest 4 x Ghost Quarter 2 x Dakmor Salvage 14 x Swamp 4 x Verdant Catacombs SB: 2 x Smother SB: 3 x Inquisition of Kozilek SB: 3 x Pithing Needle SB: 3 x Extirpate SB: 4 x Fleshbag Marauder And the sideboard is a wreck; don't judge that yet. Thoughts? Opinions? Flames? I'm not going to defend this too brusquely but I think it has some good plays.

I was thinking about running something smallpox, but I had no clue what. I wouldn't mind giving this a try though. But I have a lot of Zoo varients in my area, how well can it handle Zoo?

Well maindeck you've got a great deal of creature removal, something Zoo doesn't like. Inevitability will begin to take over for you as the game develops because you can just keep dredging out Stinkweed Imps to block and play from your graveyard.
Shadow of Doubting a fetch is a stifle... and if you respond to a fetch with a ghost quarter then respond to ghost quarter with the shadow of doubt you really just beat them to pieces.
Sideboarding pulls the fulminator mages for fleshbags, the 2 raven's crimes for smothers, the thoughtseizes for inquisitions.
Smallpox and Shadow of Doubt are your dangerous blow-out plays against almost every deck, use them well.

Wouldn't crucible of worlds be good here? It's lets you replay your ghost quarters over and over.

It's a non interactive card on its own and I have no way to recur it if I dredge it. I find myself dredging for a response when I can to expand my options by loading the graveyard. Obviously you can play without loading your graveyard if you expect hate... but in general you're dredging for 5 or 4 or 3 as often as you can use it to answer a question.

Noxio, I would be fascinated to see results. I'll use it to tune the deck for you.

A death cloud shell seems much more degenerate, and actually plays a little better with sideboard cards, since you aren't dredging away silver bullets. Worm harvest is just too slow.

I don't want to sound like a timmy noob, but the new liliana might be viable here due to her gy interaction.
1000th post November 26, 2010. Where Islands gets his decks: Spoiler:
Show
It was revealed to me in a dream. All the cards were in my dream except for three slots which I plugged in as Vault Skirge.
FULL DISCLOSURE: The dream was post AVR so there was a copy of Slayer's Stronghold. I decided to keep it pre AVR in my post here.
EDIT: I just remembered. The Skirges might have been 2x Whipflare and 1x something else, probably War and Peace.
EDIT2: Currently 4-0 in my first four games with this. My opponents have been very angry. I fought off a Wurmcoil from Grixis for six turns before I found my second Dispatch. Jeez, I can do a lot of damage.
EDIT3: Streak broken. Lost to an unexpected Overrun. Cracking a Shrine for 10 wasn't enough.
How Kedi tests his decks: Spoiler:

also, I've been playtesting this deck in my sleep today that kinda freaked me out

I feel like land recursion is a must here, but life from the loam is definitely more effective than crucible in a dredge deck. My issue, really, is that I feel like there's not enough unfair things to do in a dredge deck in modern that it's worth opening yourself up to leyline of the void and other really obvious sideboard hate.
